How to Cancel Your Reservation

Sometimes circumstances get in the way of your plans and your camping trip may need to be canceled or changed. We get it! Please review our cancelation rules.

• Cancellations are accepted no less than 5 days prior to check-in date.
• Your payment will be refunded less $20.00 cancellation fee per site.
• No refunds will be issued if your reservation is canceled less than 5 days before arrival. (call our office for assistance (845) 831-6767.)
• No refund or credit for inclement weather or early departure.

Multi-site Reservations

If you reserved 5+ campsites, you must notify us of a cancellation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival to receive a refund. A cancellation fee of $20 per site will apply.
