Camper hereby agrees that Owner shall not be liable for damage to Camper’s goods, wares, merchandise or other property of Camper. The risk of injury from the activities involved in camping & hiking, can be inherently dangerous due to the mountainous terrain. Malouf’s Mountain Sunset Camp will not be liable for injury to the person of Camper, Camper’s invitees, or any other person in or about the Campground, whether such damage or in injury is caused by or results from fire, electric, gas, water, rain, insects, wildlife, or from the breakage, leakage, obstruction or other cause, whether such damage or injury results from conditions arising in or about the Campground, or upon other portions of the Campground, or from other sources or places, and regardless of whether the cause of such damage or injury or the means of repairing the same is accessible to Camper. Owner shall not be liable for any patent or latent defect in the Campground. Owner shall not be liable for any damages arising from any act or neglect of any other Camper at the Campground. Campsites are to be left the way that they are found. *clean dishes, counters cleaned and all items belonged to the camp ground* If not a $40.00 service charge will be added to your credit card. After 15 days of non payment $10.00 a day charge will be added to fee. Music must be at a level that is only heard at your site. When selecting options for luggage transport your entire group must select the same option. Hiking in carrying gear or paying us to have gear moved. Camp Rules(Required) No Pets. No glass 3 Adults per site maximum You must be over 21 to camp with us. Anyone under 21 needs to be accompanied by a parent. Quiet time is 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. (No Loud Music After 10pm) Do not move fire rings. No fires outside rings. Do not Burn Garbage. Do not cut or mar trees. Substantial fees will be incurred. Keep site and campground clean. Garbage can be left on site when you leave. If you fill the garbage, you can set the bag at the main trail for staff to take. There are extra bags in bottom of can. Do not burn garbage! All campers must check in before dusk and all visitors must check out 30 min before dusk. Leave your troubles behind. Sit back & relax.
